Australian Customers

Express tracked shipping nationwide for $9.95
Orders will be shipped with Australia Post and can be tracked via their website.
Tracking codes will be issued by Australia Post via email or SMS after the order has been dispatched.
Transit time is next business day for areas within AusPosts Express Transit Network, or 2-3 business days beyond the network. Transit time is subject to variation due to extenuating circumstances (eg, COVID19)

New Zealand Customers (Pricing in AUD)

Tracked priority shipping, weight dependant.

$10.95 for lighter packages or $14.95 for heavier packages.

International Customers (Pricing in AUD)

$14.95 for lighter packages or $19.95 for heavier packages.

Orders will be shipped with DHL eCommerce.
Tracking codes will be issued by DHL eCommerce via email a few days after the order has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
Delivery will be made via the destination countries national postal service and additional tracking information can typically be obtained by 
using the national postal service website. eg, https://www.nzpost.co.nz/ , https://www.usps.com/ , https://www.canadapost.ca/ 
Transit time to most parts of the world is around 3 weeks.
Transit time is subject to variation due to extenuating circumstances (eg, COVID19 has a current transit time of around 3 weeks (to the US) but can be closer to 5 weeks or more) 

 

RETURNS

We offer refunds on all items if they are returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return the items must be unused and in the same condition that they were received.

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on opened or used products. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Please contact us at hello@nylah.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.

We recommend that you return the items via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Nylah will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
